Tell us a bit about yourself.
I'm from Brazil. I've been hired as Data Engineer at Cherre. I am also a professor. My background is data science related. I've been helping students understand concepts of Artificial Intelligence and Data science, working on projects in a more work way — like professional and helping them as an advisor.

I was looking for a new opportunity to work with a different culture. I had only worked with Brazilian people as that’s where I’m from. And Cherre was the perfect fit.
How did you find Flatworld?
I was looking for opportunities on Linkedin, and saw the Flatworld ad, which was colorful and varied, and thought: “Okay, let me click on it to see what it is…”
How would you describe your experience with Flatworld?
The process was very clear and very objective. It was just a few interviews and a code test. Everything that was asked, was exactly what I needed to know to get the job and to help Cherre with their objective. Flatworld kept me, as a candidate, motivated to stay the process.I would look at the opportunity and think: Wow, I really need to accomplish that.

I was looking to work as a Data Engineer and for challenges with Data — and as soon as I started with Cherre I felt like it was exactly what I was looking for. Looking back I feel that I wasn’t spending my time on the application process but investing my time to get that job. I was super motivated to get it.
Would you recommend us to a friend? What would be your number one selling point?
Yes! I've been recommending Flatworld to my friends because most Brazilians are looking for opportunities abroad. The thing that I always highlight is that they (Flatworld) are very honest with the process, they are very clear. All the time you spend with them has a purpose, and that you’d probably like to take part in the tests, and people you talk to.
